Thanked: 70Really a razor?
She says it is.
If it isn't, what could it be?

That would be a corn razor! For shaving off corns and callouses.
Or maybe a butter knife????

Looks more like a butter knife to me. The handle is not one you would see on a razor and the heel end isn't razor like either.

Butterknife or some sort of spatula.

It is NOT a butter knife , nor a spatula . My great aunt had one that was part of her dressing table set . I think it was used as a type of manicure/pedicure tool , and it was way too dull to be any kind of razor .
Greetings , from Dundalk , Maryland . The place where normal people , fear to go .

It looks like a spatula or scraper of some sort.

That actually reminds me of a vintage cuticle knife. They come in all different shapes and sizes.
It does have some kind of striking resemblance to a butter knife but when I look at the size compared to the Bic pen cap all I can think about is cuticle knife.
