It is a great story ,but a story none the less You cannot contact the winning buyer of an E-Bay auction and they wont give you the name,so how could someone call her and offer more money? Great story though and if possible I would do it to someone who was trying to stick it to me in a heartbeat.

You can get the name and address they used to register with ebay. I'm sure I've done this before when trying to contact a buyer.

It used to be that you could see actual user names in the bidding history, and thus you could contact the winner of an auction directly if you wanted. This is one of the reasons they changed that a year or so ago.
