Do ESPD have jimps? I though they didnt. So do you guys believe this is an ESPD? Not that i fully understand the differences between the models anyways, and would fail a blind test when push comes to shove (which i suppose is what the lucky winner of this ones in for
Seems like the seller is just trying to raise the price, but i have been wrong before.

No way to be sure, since someone ground all the markings off the blade. Might not even be a filly.

Thanked: 1263There are jimps on a EPBD. This is a pretty reputable seller who seems to have a boatload of Filis. Usually on the EPBD there is a rubber tang cover..I don't know if there are markings underneath and i'm not gonna cut mine off to confirm

Thanked: 14Yeah, ive watched that sellers stuff for at least a couple of years, so i dont doubt its a filly (she does sell some pretty odd ones though).

Yup, its barely visible.
There is no writing under the rubber thing as far as I know. I've seen one or two where it had fallen off or been torn, etc...
What worries me about these blades is if the person doing the grinding ruined the temper of the blades. What do you guys think?
