Intersting. Five of the six l have listed are there, I knew how many watchers, but not how they stacked up with all listings. Of course not all watchers are potential bidders.

I'd not sold anything on eBay for some time, but decided to list a few that I just didn't know what price to ask.

    By the way, thanks, Mike!!!

I was selling a mint 1983 Gios Torino Super Record road racing bicycle. The opening bid was $2,000.00. A 7 day auction and worldwide bidding. I had 80 (eighty) watchers. At 4 seconds before closing a guy from London, England put in the only bid.

I've had other items that generated a lot of interest with a slue of watchers. Some sold and others didn't. I'd rather have two aggressive bidders than five hundred watchers.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Agreed, a lot of watchers doesn't translate into a lot of bidders.
I've had razors with a ton of watchers, may have 2-3 bids when it closes.
I think alot are just interesting in seeing how a razors ends.

Prime example, I listed a 7/8 ERN in very good shape a few weeks backs. I had a few hundred views and 30'ish watchers. It ended with a handful of bids....
Last week it showed back up on ebay. The page had 30's views (as per the ticker at the bottom).. Sold for $25.higher then it went when I sold it.
It doesn't take alot of views or watchers also as you have 2 that want it.

My record number of watchers so far on a razor I've listed is 91. Don't think I'll ever beat that

As a Newbie, I watch a lot of items I'm only partly interested in because I want to see how they develop bid-wise, and I'm trying to educate myself on the market value of razors.
