    looks like it should be a key fob. No idea what it's real purpose is.

    I'm guessing it's just a novelty item that was put out as a marketing tool for the company whose name is on the tang.

    If you like that razor hope you like these, corn razors, corn knives and medical inst. etc.
    As I said, the ebay listing is for a corn razor, it might go for less because he did not identify it as such
