Basically a vendor will say, "I will sell X product for Y dollars if you sell Z number of them". If X is met, then your CC is charged and you get a gift certificate.

i ordered one, i guess you have to wait until the timer hits zero before the order gets processed. in any case ebay i'm coming back
and i wonder if all razors prices will go by $8, i'm certainly throwing the free $8 on top of my max bid.

I went to print mine out earlier and it said I had to wait until tomorrow.
