Default I Love This Red Imp

This red imp has scales that are up there with the most unique I've seen. They fit the brand perfectly and look amazing.

I'm not the seller - I wouldn't be selling this if I owned it

Do you guys think this razor has any balance to it with that big hunk on the end of the scales, though?

Those scales are really nice . Very creative , and well made . From the looks , I don't think the balance would be an issue .

Impossible to say until you hold the razor in your hand. If the scales are plastic probably not but if wood, I don't know.

I'm not a big fan at all of those scales. They are red G10.

One thing I don't like about them also is that the wedge isn't tapered and the edges of the scales aren't beveled either. I've noticed that about all the scales from this seller, but that is just my own personal preference to scales.

I see what you mean, I don't mind the red G10 but I like the concept much more than a standard scale

I agree. You'd think that you'd get the basics of making scales right before branching out into the fancy stuff.

One a side note, I bought a rescaled Genco Fluid Steel from this seller. I have done a fair amount of business on ebay so I have some experience to back my next statement up. The razor I received was honed to perfection. The razor was as described and shipped as fast from Canada as I have ever received. While the scales are ugly, I have high confidence that the blade is as advertised. Might be worth asking him if he will rescale.
