Oh sweet!!! So...there's someone out there with the reputation, skill and experience of Iwasaki currently making tamahagane razors? Can you point us in the right direction? I would love a link!

So Michael Jackson's sweaty old sequined glove sold for $35000 at auction & a mint Iwasaki tamahagane razor is yet to sell for $4200 on eBay. No accounting for taste

This is a warning: The value of items is in the eye of the beholder. We do not give valuations on this forum because of conflicts like the one above between Grizzley1 and JimR. JimR may have a right to address Grizzley's comment since it was taken as offensive. Both of you now back off please play nice., I don't want to have to moderate this thread.

You know this thread is a perfect example of exactly why we do NOT allow Valuations and or Vendor bashing on SRP even E-bay vendors... We are always more lenient of these rules in the E-bay forum but even here it gets an argument started

Value truly is a moving target...

I think it is time to shut this thread down and chalk it up to a wise lesson of why we have these rules on SRP...

PS: On a personal note I have it in my watch list I want to see if it sells
    etorix and Grizzley1 like this.
