Isn't that what's called a "Worked Edge"? Very custom, very chic. I also am quite annoyed whenever I see someone with an unrecoverable POS that they are convinced is a collectors item. I really do prefer to stumble on the exact opposite (i.e. a hundred year old razor that looks like it's never been used for $5-10). I think the Cadillac of my fleet came with about a $25 price tag. Most are in the $5-12 range. Most aren't pristine but with a little elbow grease don't look bad and are great shavers.

Do you guys have a problem with Barbers' Notches?

C'mon guys, once that tiny chip has been honed out you'd get a perfectly servicable 2/8 razor..... hey, at least at that size it will be a wedge

Thats what i was going to post ,but you beat me to it!! I think its the best straight i have seen yet,you can open a bottle of Sam Adams with it,while your lather is warming up in your scuttle!!
