A lot of outfits had their name stamped on Solingen razors. Probably no way to know who actually manufactured the razor. Hard to see from the dark photos but looks like it is good for the price. Hone it up, or have someone hone it, if you don't do your own. Ought to be a good shaver. Most vintage Solingens are.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

What you've purchased is historically meaningful to you, and it is very difficult to put a price on that. I think it can be cleaned up nicely, and it can certainly be made to shave once again. I've been to Bethlehem, Allentown, even Nazareth, and even I who have never seen this razor can feel comforted that you have brought it home. Well done, whatever the price!

There were several distributors in the Allentown area who imported German razors with their company names imprinted on them. Among them were C. F. Wolfertz and the Allentown Cutlery Works. Here is a Wolfertz razor that has "Allentown" engraved on the blade.
