Some people are very quick to leave neut/neg feedback when it may not be the right way to go. Some people sometime deserve the benefit of the doubt if their general F/B is good.

Just to update..... I left positive feedback even though I wanted to burn them..... (I'm a big softy)..... BUT.... I will not buy from them again....

It's pretty simple, when it' time to leave feedback you just check the corresponding boxes for each of these issues - shipping costs, speed of shipping, condition of the item, seller communication.
No need to get all worked up over it, but if that's your tendency you really should rethink whether ebay is a good place for you to buy stuff.
