Default Beautifull Thiers Issard "Historic" 6/8th

I have got one of my razors on eBay here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230707422795?s...1555.l2649

This is a razor that I bought and just dont get on with and dont like using because it looks so nice.
I am more into vintage blades so I am going to pass this one on.

Anyway it's worth a bid if your into straights.

This is a very nice razor. I had one years ago in the "wolfe & ram" motif and sold it off because I liked the "Eagle" motif more. From the literature I've read all TI "Historic" blades regardless of motif are made from 80 - 100 year old blanks. They are lead hardened and take wickedly sharp long-lasting edges. I like them more than the new carbon 135 models but this is a matter of aesthetics on my part. This is a great blade and should easily find a new home. Best of luck to the winner.

    Regards,
    EL
