I can tell you it's in the Kirkland Lake region, which I think is North-west of North Bay, but can't offer any more precision than that.

The swastika is also a symbol from the Navajo Indian tribe here in the lower 48 waaaaaaay before der Fuhrer.

Oh now I remember... This kid from a neighboring rez at Laurentian was from there. Just some dude who came over for the occasional 3 on 3 game.

An older celluloid straight razor has a set of scales with I believe, an indian on a horse with a swastika at the bottom.
Just another example of non-nazi swastika use.
