Yeah i agree but i use my razors and this one appears unused. And besides at that price I can buy a new Hart Steel Razor. It's is tempting though

A very good looking razor. Some can be found in this condition and price is relative to the fact they don't come around like that often.

I bought a straight razor from this seller on eBay. There were no problems. Smooth transaction. But YMMV.

that guy has some nice razors and he knows it.

Nope, not for me! I made a resolution to not buy another razor until next year (?) uh, it's 10:30pm, 12/31/11, nope, nope, not before the 2nd week of next year. Well that's longer than I've kept any of the others! He does have some good looking razors though! HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS!!!!

There are many razors in condition like this, but razor people generally prefer not to sell them for pennies. I don't see a reason not to sell it for that much either, Thiers-Issard asks similar prices for non-originals that they finished, and proper restoration of a good blade will push you towards that balpark anyways.
