Thread: ebay login down ?

It is for me anyway .... I tried a few times and the password I've used for years didn't work. Then I did a member search for my screen name and it said there was no user by that name. I've been with them since '99. Finally I tried finding my screen name with my email address and there was "no such." I telephoned and they apologized, said I wasn't the only one and that they were working on a fix. Anyone else unable to login ?

I just logged in with no problem, however, there is a razor I've been watching that ends in 3 or 4 hours and the bidding has gotten very interesting to watch, the problem I'm encountering is checking the bid history, it states the item has been removed or is no longer available-the funny thing though is I can still see the listing and the count down clock on the auction is still counting down. Go figure?

I had the same problem. I was able to login 15 minutes ago. It is a known problem at the 'Bay - they are working on it.

I logged on at work on my droid and when I got home tonight I was able to log on with my tower. First time I've encountered it and I was afraid someone had hijacked my account. Anyway, all's well that ends well.

Jimmy, I went ahead and logged back out of your account after I set all the snipes I wanted for the day. Sorry, I usually do that when you're asleep but my schedule was a little off yesterday
