I dont think of it as policeing the bay as more like giving newbees and juniors (like me) good insight and wisdom.

Looks like ebay did remove the listing, so I don't know what happened, but judging from the comments in this thread I suspect it belonged to one of the most dishonest people we've met in the straight shaving community.
And if he omitted to mention the actual brand of the razor, but didn't omit to use a famous brand creating a misleading listing that is actually against ebay's rules. Sometimes they won't do anything, sometimes they would. Nothing wrong with registering a report.
