OK i just got this one in measures 15/16 at the toe, 7/8 at the heel "the challenge razor extra hollow ground on a 2 inch stone" pictures of the before probably tomorrow. the crack by the wedge pin I'll hit with ca to stabilize it. then polishing and honing. no nicks or chips to the blade. so is it before they bought out greaves in 1850? i know they re-organized as "eyre ward & co" in 1852, around 1872 they became part of wiebusch & hilger ltd.
