If the buyer was intending to use the scales, they have just thrown their hard earned $7.94 down the drain. It is very evident those scales are "eat up" with cell rot. That blade has been consumed by the noxious fumes of degrading celluloid and not simple rust. If the buyer should read this . . . . . THROW THOSE SCALES AWAY!!!
