This is why paying for signature confirmation is worth the extra money . If you used signature confirmation , the post office will e-mail you a copy of the actual signature with the date and time it was signed , if you request it . That way you have tangible proof of delivery . Then you could tell him , you know dam well that he got it .

Well, what I would do knowing the rules around here I wouldn't be posting about an Eboy sale possibly gone sour. I would also wait until the seller gave a final answer and if it was a bad deal it would be up to me to resolve it either between me and the seller or through the avenues available via Eboy or if you paid with Pay Pal through them.
