    Pics are awful,wonder what the scales are made from,me thinks plastic.

    Yeah the scales are plastic version for sure - the ivory are shaped differently and don't have the MK stamp.

    I thought they've been going for quite a bit of money for a while. I've seen one person sell them relatively often with extremely heavy hone wear and pitting for $300 (they get bid up to that). I consider his photographs extremely misleading but he's been doing that for years.

    I guess I hadn't been paying too much attention...i mean they are nice enough, but never struck me as $200 - 300 with pitting and heavy hone wear kind of special...i guess my mileage has varied

    Also never used washers when pinning Ivory,sure way to tell a fitup or one that has replacement scales.
