I just got this nice set of 5 Bokers, 2 random brands and 1 Genco in relatively decent condition, from a local seller. Total cost with taxes and shipping should come out to about $120US.

I will be keeping 1 of the Bokers and giving away the small round point as a gift, but the rest of them are going to get cleaned up, honed and sold.

That's about $15 per blade US or $17.25 CDN. Quite a good deal if they all (or even mostly) clean up well. Hope it works out well for you, pal.

Thanks bro. They look like they are (at least the Bokers and the Genco). If everything works out as planned, I'll have a Boker in my rotation, one person crossed off my Xmas list and come out ahead. I guess all of that honing/cleaning gear will finally start paying for itself lol.

Thanks Tony. I may have to give away both no-names and the Genco, but 4 of the Bokers will be getting sold and at least one will be an SRP-exclusive sale.

I just got'em. The Bokers are practically intact! The finish is mirror, the gold wash is intact and most of the imperfections on the photos are just smudges. They won't take much until I take them to the hones and should fetch me some good prices. The no-names are ok, but one of them is REALLY tiny. Genco wasn't as good as the photos, though. Fortunately I decided to give it away anyways lol.
