Thanked: 0without being able to get a good look at the blade edges, it looks like you got a pretty good deal. I would dare say that even if only 2 of the blades are usable it is still a pretty good deal. Plus the scales seems to be in good shape.

From the looks of it you got a GREAT deal, but the pic's crappy so you'd need to view them in person.

Thanked: 1The 4 on the top look to all have some serious arch to the edges. Hopefully, it's just the poor quality of the photos and you will wind up with some good razors.

Thanked: 0well good news and bad news.. good news is 3 of the 5 razors were in pretty good shape only needed a lil bit of work on the edge to make them perfectly straight. So once that was done I decide to polish it up all nice and shiny so grabbed my dremel and went at it, everything was going great but then I got distracted by my cat and the dremel caught the edge of the blade and busted it sigh I'm quite sad bout it as this was my favorite one outta the lot. Right now i'm feeling too upset to work on the other 2 so will leave that for anohter few weeks. For the time being I think i'll be bidding on some NOS razors on ebay, I do like restoring them as its more rewarding but after today not sure I want to risk loosing a razor that I love

Well you definitely learned a valuable lesson: Eliminate distractions when working on a razor.
