    Default Selling my c-mon stainless

I have no idea what I am doing, but giving the eBay sales thing a try, this is my first sell ever.
I hate to sell my baby, but I have a ruger mark ii slab side SS that I want real bad.

I just hope I don't screw this up. I did test out how to post an auction with a different razor first. But this is still scary... I guess I have to learn sometime.

here is a link to my forum post when I found the razor http://straightrazorpalace.com/razor...stainless.html

Here is a link to my baby.

I remember my e-mail I sent back after the test shave

I believe it was pretty simple

    "Wow, Freaking awesome shaver"

Beautiful razor, sidmind! If I was in the market for a another razor (or had the spare cash ) I'd definitely give it a good home. Best of luck to you.

Is that a 6/8 .... the C-Mon I mean ? If I was you I would remove the buy it now from that goldedge. I would be surprised if you don't get more for it if you just let it run. You ought to post blade sizes in your auctions .Saves questions from prospective buyers. Also stuff like whether there are any issues with scales, warping, cracks etc. Save you time with answers as the auction goes on. GL

The goldedge was already purchased a few minutes ago. I only paid 29 for it on the bay last year, so I am making money which is fine by me... I am wanting money fast to get a used gun i want, before he sells it to someone else. so I am willing to give a good deal.

Thanks for the info about the size. I will fix that. I had no Idea what to ask for either of them. I would never make it as a car salesman. L

@Glenn, yes it is an awesome shaver. Unbelievable actually. I know I am going to regret it forever if it sells. I will never have a shaver this nice... But I will have fun shooting my new pistol....

I can shave with my razor every day. I can shoot my pistol every day too but I probably haven't been shooting in 6 months. Just a thought.

One good thing is, I will have to finally improve my honeing, that c'mon is my main shaver, and it's still as smooth as it was the day I got it back from Glenn, I haven't got real good at honeing because I could just use that sucker and not worry.

And you have to admit, the money will go to a good cause. Meet my future prized possesion If I can sell my current one. And I just noticed they are both SS

Well BIN accomplished. If GSSIXGUN honed it and JimmyHAD thinks the price is good AND Ryan82 has lust in his heart for it I can't go wrong. This should satiate my RAD for good now. No really what more could I want that I can't really afford but really want and besides I can always resell it later and get most of my money back out and think of the pleasure of using...........

oh wow, being that this was my 1st&2nd sell on ebay ever. I had no idea I have to wait at minimum 21 days for the funds. How funny. My bright idea to sell my prized possessions to fund other prized possessions = fail. I have to laugh at my self for this one.

not a big deal, My old man will loan me the money, I will pay him back when the funds clear paypal.

jaswarb, I know you will be happy! and if you ever sell it, please hit me up first!

I'm pretty sure if the buyers leave you pos feedback paypal will release the funds. Once they know the buyer is satisfied they do this with people with little or no transaction history. Once you get to a certain point with pos feedbacks there is no hold. At least not with me and my sales. But I've got over 1,000 pos and on the bay since '99 with no negs ever. Enjoy your Ruger.
