It almost looks a bidding screw up, where the winning bidder put up an outrageous number to win it, and the send highest bidder added a 1 by accident, I think this because there was nothing between 300 and 1300

Sounds reasonable, but I think more likely the 2 zeros were their biggest mistake!!!

I've walked past tons of razors like that, $13 would still be 10x to much for me
