Do YOU even know what your selling?
hello searching ebay for razors, and have found seller descriptions result in a lot of confusion unless its me? EXAMPLE:Antique Joseph Rodgers & Sons Sheffield Wedge Razor Extra Hollow Ground
Am i missing something, isn't a wedge and Extra hollow ground two completely different grinds, this is not the first contradiction I've seen on a description or title of a razor, can anyone un-confuse me?

People are strange ... When you're a stranger, faces look ugly when you're alone
It's just corn syrup... Warm, blood flavored, corn syrup ...

It's kind of like the razors being described as Wade&ButcherDublDuckFilarmonica's. Anything to mislead a bidder.

I took a look at it. It is, as the blade states, and extra hollow. Looking at the seller's other items for sale I'd bet he is an antique/flea market seller. He probably knows very little about the fine distinctions of straight razors and/or he figures someone searching using the term 'wedge' will end up looking at his item and maybe buying it.

Since we are on the subject, I have one to offer....
W.H.Morley&sons,clover leaf brand, made in Germany, antique straight edge rasor | eBay
I'm tempted to send him a note and ask why it would be selling for 10X the going rate for a WH Morley...
But that would be time I would never get back....

I'd be willing to bet that the sellers that don't have a clue are not members here anyway.
