Is anyone else tempted to buy a crate full of these "rare" antiques from one of the many sellers online and travel around to various historical site, wedging them in crevices, burying them with just a bit poking out, etc., *just* to mess with people?
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

I actually have the Hatchet that George Washington used to cut down that Cherry Tree. Handle was replace 5 times and the Head was replace Twice but it's the One!

It sold for $24 ! This proves , that on ebay , the only thing that exceeds the audacity of some of the sellers , is the ignorance of some of the buyers .
