You should ask the seller. I don't think anybody here knows his/her mind.

Maybe he blocked you for using ALL CAPS.

Did you ask him any questions ? Sometimes if an ebay seller senses a buyer may be 'trouble' he will block him. Now that sellers cannot leave negative or neutral feedback they are wary of buyers who seem fussy. Had you ever done business with him before ? Do you have negative or neutral feedback already ? These are things that will prompt a wary seller to block a bidder. All caps is definitely a good reason as well.

Thanked: 4249Also maybe a low number of transaction with one or a few negatives feedback might trigger a seller to block you or even the country your from might make shipping complicated, as a seller from the us i would rather ship to a buyer in the us because its so simple, shipping internationaly
means usually paper work and somehow loosing money on the shipping!Last edited by Martin103; 09-05-2012 at 03:26 PM.

I have over 200 buying feedback.
the seller is in the states and i am in the states.
yea this is very weird must of my collection of stuff
is axes straight razors safety razors. Sharpening stones.
Hope to add some vintage files to my collection too.
see cause i only have 11 coticules. 12 would be a better number.
I might have a freind i know at work win it and give them the money.

I wouldn't do that Suile, if I were you. That would be considered a "Straw Purchase". The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Hones will come knocking on your door. They will confiscate all your coticules and leave you with only a worn out 300 grit Carborundum for your razors.
Besides that, "12" coticules is 11 coticules over your limit. (ATH Law BR-549)
