Any Lone Ranger fans out there?
I was searching for Wostenholmes tonight and I came across this. Thought it might be of interest to someone who is more of a movie buff than I.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

I don't know whether the story or proof is true or not...
But this is probably the 10th razor I have seen sold this exact same way over the last 3 years...
They were brought to my attention when I restored one sometime back, so if you are tempted to bid make sure to ask a ton of questions..

And there you have one of the main reasons why I'd never bid on something like that! A) I don't really care about the cult of celebrity and B) it's awfully tough to authenticate something like that across the interwebs.Originally Posted by gssixgun

These razors were owned by John Hart who was a stand-in for Clayton Moore during a labor dispute one season. I understand Hart was a collector and owned many razors and these are what is being sold off after he died a few years ago.

I bought one quite some time ago from his estate. It came with plenty of paperwork to show it was genuinely his. It's a very good shaver. I've still got it in the collection.
