Don't Know How Good It Is, But...
I thought I'd give it a try. Seems like a good price for this stuff, and I'm sure it's better for one's face than what I've been using to coat my blades for shipment. (Tuf-Glide)

That's what altima uses on his e-bay razors - he likes it better than mineral oil.
Very good price from this vendor.

I'm thinking of getting some.
It may not be as good as Tuf-Glide for long term storage (as Tuf-Glide displaces water, cleans and bonds to the surface) or for inhibiting rust in the pin area, but should work fine for most people and is certainly fine for shipping protection.
The razors I've received from altima have a very light coat and I've never experienced any irritation from the camillia oil.

Thanked: 346I've got camellia oil, but only use it on my bonsai tools. I've always used plain old 3-in-1 on my razors. But I can't see why it wouldn't work just as well on razors.

These guys are cheap but I already have a lifetime supply of mineral oil lol.
