This one looks like it's been majorly re-ground.

I agree with firestart. It was my thought it had major regrind work also. Not a lot of blade left but if thats what you want, go for it.

As I am not as experienced at assessing the blades from photos like this one I didn’t see the wear.
But in a continuing search for another auction site I came across these Feast for the eyes!!!!

Tony, if you take a look at the stamping on the blade, you'll see that "W" is almost completely gone, only about 35% of "A" is present, 60% of "D" and about 95% of "E". This could not have been done by honing since too much metal was removed and even the tang got narrowed down, which indicates some major reconstruction on the grinder. As for the other link, I didn't see any razors

Sorry about the link It worked on mine (must have been a cookie)
I have revised it and it should work now
    If not try this one

I wasn’t aware that the tang got ground when regrinding a razor.
I thought that the razor was ground after the hole was punched in and the name was stamped
& as they are ground by hand the stamped name could be partly ground away depending on the worker.

Sometimes it's necessary like on the TEW (check your e-mail for the pics). It looks like all of those auctions ended but there were some sweet $5 deals.
