    i saw that also how it looks more "worn". but it also looks like it was manipulated by something like sand paper or it could very well just be the lighting.

    I honed a bunch of Bill's Palmeras and the engraving on the tang looked pretty similar. I personally can't wee any problem with the ones currently for sale.
    He used to sell #14s before as well only he also had horn scale sets added to the razor for people to change the scales if they wanted.

    Stefan,I think he is talking about the finish,the stamping is the same.

    Hard to tell from the pics, he mentions hand finish but I am nit sure what that means.

    You can see the same changes in the finish on the Filly razors between the end runs and the earlier models.

    Actually those Round points are harder to find than the sqs.Glad you happy with it.
