I believe that what Peter is referring to is the fact that while someone paid about $24 bucks for this razor, someone else paid over $150 for the same razor. Probably a Pakistani razor to begin with. The symbols...well, the Star of David, or satanic, take your pick.

I purchased one of these before I knew any better ,I believe that they are new and recently manufactured ,I may be wrong as I don`t have any expert knowledge on the subject ,but for the fact that there is no markings on the shank as to where it was manufactured and also what is written on the box it comes in
Kind regards Peter

Thanked: 603Warning: The "Star of David" (מגן דוד) with the "G" inside it is not a symbol signifying Kosher, and this razor should be used accordingly. If you do purchase this item, make sure you buy three of them: one for meat, one for dairy, and one for pareve (neutral, such as fruit/veggies).
Disclaimer: I am not a Rabbi; CYLOR before purchasing and/or using this razor.
Note: For the acronym-challenged, CYLOR stands for "Consult Your Local Orthodox Rabbi).
You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

This looks just like the Pakistani ones often listed on ebay as "collectable razors".

I'm having quite the cultural lesson here.

Yep!
Those are pakistani crap razors.
It is a great lesson to read what is NOT written. There is nothing the seller writes that is not true. He uses terms like "Style", "composite" and "unknown" which are all great ways of hiding the facts.
Most of your 'real' masonic razors are of much older make, by Wade&Butcher and such.
Always be wary when there is no makers mark!
