Does he have any pictures of it? It may not be worth the fifteen dollars he's asking for it. That being said, I'm not very knowledgeable about razor brands, and wasn't able to find anything. I'm sure someone more ingenious than me will come along to help.

Thanked: 247Worth it is subjective to the person doing the buying. Meaning the only person you can ask on the open forum, is yourself.
We aren't allowed to do valuations either. Sorry. Value is in the eyes of the beholder..err..buyer.
Without saying anything about the price. It seems like a decent little razor. If it speaks to you, I say go for it. Someone should, because it seems the current owner is cutting paper with it to test sharpness.
OTOH: You can get shave ready razors from the classifieds for just a little bit more...Tough call.

Thanked: 1184From past experience I would say get one that is sharp already or include that in the price if it is your first razor or you plan on using it. As for the razor itself it looks nice enough. It needs some work cleaning around the pivot pin but it doesn't look like it's been honed to death.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

I mean from what I can tell it looks fine. I can't quite tell but there may some chipping on the blade that would have to be honed out. I'm assuming you would send it out to be honed anyway though?

Thanked: 480Go for it! It will need a proper honing for certain, but its a cheap enough investment. Heck, send it to me, I will hone it up for you.

FWIW you'll pay about $24 for the razor once you include shipping then you'll need to send it out for honing. it quickly becomes a $50 razor. I'd lean towards a razor from the classifieds which may be a better value and come shave ready. That being said, though, there are very few razors in that range in the classifieds right now.
