Thanked: 56Good Practice
If you were selling a razor on eBay and, in you opinion, it was genuinely rare. Would you tell people here about it through this section of the forum, so everyone would see it and get a chance to buy it. Or would you leave it to chance? I am asking because I never post my auctions here, but I wonder if people would like to see the rarer razors I sell here?
Previously I considered it bad form to advertise here, I have had a few rare (good) examples of some older razors. This got me to thinking about the guys here, and the philosophy regarding advertising. Anyhoo ...
Opinions are welcomed.

Thanked: 13245You are a member in good standing at SRP and have every right to post an occasional link to an e-bay auction right here Carl.
If it is a rare razor IYHO, then heck yeah link it here, at least give the membership a heads up and fair chance at it...

Not to disagree with Glen but ......... what you need to do is send me a PM with all of the info about the razor and I'll let you know whether to post it ..... unless of course I want it !!
