Just saw this on our local auction site...
A VERY collectable Kropp
For only US$ 2535


Am I missing something here - or is the seller missing something?

So. Following that logic, my four kropps should be worth $21,000 !!!

Or is it the staining that makes it worth more. Maybe there's a rust mark in the shape of Jesus?

a Jesus razor would not go for that much you need a "virgin mary" razor to get that price

At least there's no reserve price.

Says its the missing piece to a puzzle ... Must be one of those puzzles from the Davinci Code movies or something.

But did anyone see anything that stood out about that razor? It doesn't look like a part or a set. I love that everyone is trying to confirm the price. I wonder what kinds of puzzle pieces I have here in my house...

I remember once I was raising parakeets and one baby turned out purple. I did some reading and the first time I read they are rare I heard bells and sirens and thought I was going to make some money. A trip to the bird farm ( my buyer) brought me back to reality. In this case I would send this guy an e-mail full of links to the same razor for 20 bucks. Subject : reality check.

The thing is, if it sells for that price it will automatically become a 'collector's item' .......

If it sells for that price, I have one in much better condition although rescaled that I'd be willing to part with..lol.

I hope no one thinks this is a steal. I would feel sorry for the guy who buys it.

I ENCOURAGE somebody to buy it at that price, so I can then claim Kropp razors have a high value, and put mine up for sale next!
