I can't believe all of you guys missed this one. Thats the model that was made back in he late 1800's for balding men to shave their heads. The frown alows you to complete the task in only six passes

I just want to know, who was the moron that kept honing it until it got to that Gawd aweful state? Were they practicing an exercise in retardation? Or did they really shave with it like that?
