Thanked: 1You would think shipping would be free
At $13,800.00 for this Dovo, one would think they would ship it free.

May be they forgot to place the decimal sign when entering the price, or may be they've temporarily ran out of stock and just increased the price instead of closing the listing and relisting later.
I did that second thing once when it occurred to me that it would be much easier and a little cheaper to add two zeroes to the price for a week when due to something unexpected I didn't want to deal with shipping the item if it would sell. But, if somebody was willing to buy it for two orders of magnitude more I would've certainly figured out a way to get it to them the very next day IIRC it all worked out, once I set the price back to what it should've been the item sold.

Mine was 14,000 but that's because I got the optional warranty.

I was smart and bought a close out razor from last year for $11,500. But the dealer got me for $800 for honing.

Mine came with the optional "navigation shave system" (NSS) it has arrows on the scale to tell you what direction to shave.

This is a delightful feature of Amazon's partnership programs.
There are, out there on the internet, scripted bots whose job is to watch sales trends and post ads for trendy items at a 10% markup. If someone buys the marked up item, the bot purchases the lower priced one and has it shipped to the buyer.
Sometimes several bots latch on to each other and you get prices like this.-Zak Jarvis. Writer. Artist. Bon vivant.
