Welcome to the board Coolhand. Aftershaves (a/s) are one of the more personal decisions in wetshaving and everyone has to find what works best for them. That said, since you have access to Proraso, I would recommend their After Shave Liquid Cream. Its cheap, works extremely well, and has minimal scent- clean and soapy. I've heard good things about their a/s splash, but never tried it. In the end, you'll want to try a bunch of stuff and see what you like.

    Enjoy!

My wife has the same problem and it does limit what I can use. Many times especially if I will be in the car with her I just use witch hazel. It makes it very difficult to enjoy the finishing touch of the shave.
I use Old Spice sometimes as it doesn't have a lot of staying power. She seems to be able to deal with it. Good luck.

I'm not sure about aftershaves to recommend with your Wife's migraine problem, but I can give you one to avoid - Pinaud Special Reserve. That one's a pretty strong scent and seems to give ME a headache every time I use it.
