Thanked: 0First Full Face Shave
second shave with shavette today. my luck with my cheeks doomed me today. I tried to shave my full face and neck three cuts 2 on chin 1 on under nose. but other then that no burn and a DFS. This light weight puppy has a little bite and two of the cuts was with my right hand. I slice a bit under my nose on the right side so i knew right away that was a cut grabbed the alum and in 2 seconds bleed was done and over. Only did one pass and zero stub on face and neck you can only feel in some areas if you got ATG. So all in all if it wasn't for my cuts this would have been a perfect shave but i think from now on i will save the chin and lip for DE till i can control my movement under there better. Have a great one and thank for the time. Oh and blade was lord 2 use soap was Palmolive cream and it was a cold water shave. Learned that it takes one pass for BBS on face but will need second pass on neck for the stub in my usual tough spots. Thank you all for reading have a good day.

Thanked: 4Hey, What kind of blades are you using in that thing? Also if you don't like the weight of the lord brad try one of those cheep stainless things on Ebat for like 4 bucks or so, they have a bit more heft and i like the feel more. Just a suggestion, and sorry to hear about the area under the nose I absolutely DESPISE when I get cuts there.

Thanked: 0third shave today with my shavette. face is bbs but my neck is rough spot. 2 cuts one on right side of neck and one one ear .... me trying to get closer shave on one of my sideburns .....shave are still enjoyable and i put a fresh blade in today due to rust on my lord i have been taking out and rubbing it dry so i don't understand that to well. i rubbed razor and blade this time and made sure shavette was rust free. used williams soap finally found how to make a usable lather with it. kinda sad that i will not get to use DE blades as much once i master this new art form but if the shave is better and close and comfortable and more enjoyable then my safety then the switch will be worth it. Yet intill i can buy my own set up i will be with my shavette for a long time to come. Have a great one and thanks for the time

Remember... Once a blade has tasted blood, it will alway crave more.
