Jewlers Loupe
Are there any B&M stores that carry loupes?

I would contact a prominent jeweler near you & ask where they get their supplies. In a big place like Philly, I'm sure there is a B&M jeweler supply store.

Also try lapidary/rock shops and rockhound/gem/mineral clubs.

There are always a lot of them on eBay, not sure if that really answers your question though.

Picked up a clip on loupe at Harbor Freight for a couple bucks. Seems to work pretty well.

Rock shops would be your best bet. You can also find them at stores selling telescopes and other optical equipment like the one here.
