    Neck is my area of irritation and wonky growth. All you can do is trial and error. Always a hard lesson but not easily forgotten. Good luck

    I got the super-slim people's hollow neck as well and found it surprisingly easy. Just don't expect to use the entire blade, but only the toe in the hollows. Not recommended with spike points and the like, but round points feel like they were made for that.

    Also, as already pointed out, stretching small areas will flatten them out or you can even move the skin around a little. Good luck!
