Thread: The Superior Shave?

The payment worried me at first ( never heard of google wallet before) but placed my order got back to me quick and postage was quick and well packed

I was in contact with Jarrod via skype and I will do my purchase from him soon. I had to ask few stupid questions from him regarding purchasing products, paypal, etc due to the fact I am rather new to internet purchases, especially outside EU purchases. He seemed to be very nice and straight spoken fellow, and very informative. We even changed some opinions on Swedish and Finnish fish products such as pickled herring, smoked fish and the baltic herring haha. No clue how we managed to get it that offtopic.

Finally made the purchase. I had some problems with Paypal and Google Wallet and of course me being new to internet purchases did not make it any easier. Well it's first for everything.

Hopefully Jarod didn't completelly lose his mind with me, as I did ask a lot of stupid questions tbf. :P

Anyways, I am very eager to see my first, beautifull blade

Just wanted to tell that my first straight razor arrived from thesuperiorshave and the shipment took little less than two weeks. Jarrod was nice bloke to make business with and we had good talks, which derailed offtopic quite a bit at times. He gave me alot of insightful information, without pushing his own products at every given chance.

Where do you live that it would take two weeks to get to you? I live in North Carolina and get my packages from Superior Shave in 2 to 3 days.

I live in Texas and ordered from them. It was shipped on 3rd and it still hasn't arrived. I had a problem with USPS lately, (they lost and then found one package. The other was shipped to me on the 15th of January and still hasn't arrived)
so I emailed them asking if they had shipping info and let them know I've recently had problems with USPS. I must have caught them on a bad day as I got some long response about how My order was only a $16 order and out of 38000 shipments they all arrived sooner or later.

So I apologized for only spending $16 and said I would keep them in mind when I could afford to spend more. I then got another email stating how they only had 2 workers packaging items daily, and how they'd rather just buy the order for the customers again should they claim they go missing. Then I was asked how did I know the package that was sent in January wouldn't eventually show up. I just thanked them again for the quick responses and the excellent customer service and wished them a blessed evening.

I ordered something from Maine that cost me $21 with free shipping on the 4th and it arrived yesterday, and it came with a free p-38 can opener, ha.

I always receive very prompt shipping from thesuperiorshave. I live in East TN. I believe they are in FL but I could be wrong. Purchasing from Jarod is always a smooth experience. I particularly like the larger-than-most selection of razors offered and blades that claim to be shave ready are shave ready.
