    Default had my first shave!!

Hi all i thought i would share my experience from yesterday in regards to my first shave. So i soaked a towel in hot water and then ringed it and placed on my face for a minute. I then lathered one side and of my face and had a crack at doing my side burn area which i feel came out okay for my first go and then moved onto the other side burn.
I then moved onto the neck and had a go at that once my neck was complete i thought i had a good try took my time and got a little burn but no nicks.
So i used my old razor to finish up and had a massive smile on my face!!
I need to wait for my strop to come before i can have another shave.

I would like to say a big thankyou for everyone that has helped me out os, mickr and any one else that i have forgotten.

Only perfect practice makes perfect. No good practicing with bad technique, you'll only ever perfect bad technique. Take it slow and steady, make adjustments as you go, see what works and what doesn't, and you'll be on the right track.

    Adaml,
Congrats on a what you have measured as a good start.
Your measure is all that counts.
Slow and steady with incremental increase in real estate will get you there in no time.

I'm in just over a month and started slow like you.
