Thanked: 247I honed a razor by the same name for a friend. It honed nicely and shaves smoothly. They are not bad razors if they are in good condition (the photos provided are not enough to assess condition overall).
Judging from the scale breakage, it appears that yours will need some work, but if you like the piece, it may be worth it to you.

Theo A. was a very large supply house so that razor was made for them by an unknown German maker. it's a quality piece.
