What different "grades" are there and when do you get them? And how come ed has a completely different thing on his?

Because I paid for super premium.
Basically you can go to your settings (look up, now look right). You can change it. You can also add a signature for the bottom of your posts.

And you get a tinfoil hat after 1000 post's ......... with yer initials on it even.

I think it's an evil plot to boost your self esteem and make you feel obligated to post more now that you have a responsibility as a "senior member"....... or it could be a numbers deal .....
