    Default Bigelow & Dowse

    Picked up a Bigelow & Dowse at a local antique shop.
    It says on the blade that it replaces the Pipe Razor.
    Any one know anything about this?

    Sorry I cant help but post it in the razor forum as there are a lot of guys know there razors over there. Also try the razor database. Good luck. Ed

    Check this thread -- Bigelow and Dowse - Straight Razor Place Wiki.

    The first straight that I successfully shaved with was a Bigelow and Dowse. Generally high-quality goods.
    Don't get hung up on hanging hairs.
