That's a real shame to have to send it out again after just getting it, would annoy the hell outta me! Can't think of any way of improving the edge besides stropping the bejesus out of it though, unless you can get your hands on some chromium oxide or something. Never tried the newspaper myself but have certainly heard it is a viable option. Best of luck with it
