Newbie question
Hi all,
im im looking at sending my new dovo off to be honed but there is different prices for carbon steel blades and stainless steel blades, it doesn't appear obvious what me new dovo is? The case says "Dovo Solingen, Lame Evidee" anyone shed any light? I'm bored of using my shavette when I have a shiny new dovo sat there!

No, it is not a stainless steel blade as far as I know.
It is a hollow ground (lame evidee) blade of fine quality.
Send it out and have at it!Bjoernar

So long as the words "stainless" or InOx" don't appear anywhere on the blade, it's likely carbon steel.
