Show us your very first Straight Razor Kit
I just received the following today:
An older, used but sharp Wester Bros razor and a poor man's strop kit from Whipped Dog. Also received a DOVO INOX only a few years old.

Thanked: 375My First kit
5/8 Biddle hardware store | bloodwood/copper Best badger (made it myself) | and a 2.5" Star shaving supply strop
the razor was my Great Grand Fathers, the brush handle I turned on my father-in-laws lathe and the strop has served me very well it now has pasted duty on the felt side. Glad you posted this I found the Biddle stashed away and now will put it to the stones some 4 years later hopefully my honing has improved since then.

Thanked: 2Well here is what I have.
Razors, 6/8 round point full hollow- west point #7. A 4/8 half hollow square point, can't read who made it though. These came from larry, as did the 3 soap samples of mitchells wool fat, bald frog arabian hookah and stroppe shop baker st. Also got the 2 strap strop with the balsa wood strop(not pictured). Picked up the wilkenson, williams and proraso at walmart. Art of Shaving brush. Not shown is a set of AoS lavender pre shave, cream and aftershave. Hoping to get a scuttle soon and maybe a mug for the williams and the other sample soaps...that will be a trip to value village!
