Good afternoon, my wife suggested I purchase a new razor for my birthday; should I go with the tried-and-true Mach 3 or splurge on a Fusion Pro-glide?










Actually, I *was* looking at DE razors, but have taken a shine to the straight variety. The razors I am considering are the Boker King Cutter (Model 55), Dovo Model 240, and the Ralf Aust Model 1402. Of the three, the Ralf Aust kinda "jumps" out at me, but I have no reasoning behind that. I will be purchasing the whole kit-and-caboodle, likely from SRD, and would love feed back on the three listed above. If there is another I should be looking at in the $125-$150 range, do tell. Otherwise, I look to purchase one of SRD' kits in May, upgraded to a 3" strop.
